Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, and workflow efficiency Â
- Lead, coach, and develop clinical and patient service teams Â
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance management Â
- Cultivate a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on quality care Â
- Act as a key liaison between patients, providers, and leadership Â
- Ensure a seamless, coordinated care experience for every patient Â
- Address concerns, support service recovery, and drive patient satisfaction Â
- Lead emergency preparedness and response to maintain a safe environmentÂ
- Elevate the Patient Experience and track key performance metrics to maximize clinic efficiencyÂ
Qualifications
Education:Â Â Â
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business or Health Care Management Â
Experience:Â Â
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN, LPN, or CMA (required)Â
- 2+ years of experience in clinic operations, including planning, organizing, delegating, and supervising staff (preferred)Â
License(s)/Certification(s):Â Â
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – preferred Â
- Completion of state-mandated Child and Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training within 60 days of hire: Â
- Iowa Child Abuse (MRCHILDIA) – required Â
- Illinois Child Abuse (MRCHILD-ILDCFS) – required Â
- Iowa Adult Dependent Abuse (MRDEPADULTIA) – required Â
- Illinois Adult Dependent Abuse (MRDEPADULT-ILDOA) – requiredÂ
