In der Rolle des CFO (m/w/d) trägst du die Gesamtverantwortung für die Finanzfunktion einer schnell wachsenden Unternehmensgruppe mit mehreren Gesellschaften. Du arbeitest in einem Umfeld mit hoher operativer und struktureller Komplexität und entwickelst Finanzstrukturen, die sowohl auf Gruppenebene als auch in den einzelnen Tochtergesellschaften funktionieren und skalieren.

Deine Aufgaben

Leadership

  • Mitglied des Leadership Teams mit aktiver Mitgestaltung der Unternehmens- und Wachstumsstrategie

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und aktives Sparring mit der Geschäftsführung

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Finance-Teams

Financial Steering & Value Creation

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Budgetierung, Forecasting, Liquiditäts- und Cashflow-Planung sowie Controlling

  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines entscheidungsrelevanten Management-Reportings

  • Analyse von Werttreibern, Margen, Kostenstrukturen und Skaleneffekten

Governance

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse (HGB, Konzern) sowie Jahresabschlussprüfungen

  • Sicherstellung und Aufbereitung investor- und bankentauglicher Finanzinformationen

  • Weiterentwicklung von Governance-, Kontroll- und Compliance-Strukturen

  • Strukturierung gruppenweiter Finanzflüsse und Intercompany-Logiken

Finanzierung, M&A & Investor Relations

  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Finanzierungs- und Refinanzierungsprozessen

  • Aktive Rolle bei Akquisitionen: Financial Due Diligence, Kaufpreis- und Earn-out-Strukturen, Post-Merger-Integration

  • Erstellung von Finanzunterlagen für Investoren und Banken

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, M&A, Private Equity oder bereits als Finance Manager eines starkwachsenden Unternehmen

  • Erfahrung in wachstumsstarken, komplexen Umfeldern (z.B. Buy-and-Build, PE-Portfolio, Plattformmodelle)

  • Unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Eigenverantwortung und Entscheidungsstärke

  • Nachweisliche Erfolge in der Transformation von Finance-Prozessen und der Implementierung von skalierbaren Systemen
