The Role: Digital-First Success

This is a newly created, hybrid role for someone who sits at the intersection of relationship management, data-driven marketing, and tech enthusiasm. You aren't just managing accounts; you can help co-create a proactive, tech-first customer journey.

Your mission is to move away from traditional, constant 1:1 meetings toward scalable, tech-driven engagement. You will use data triggers and AI activation strategies to ensure our customers stay healthy and engaged at scale.

What your day looks like

  • Scalable Activation: You’ll help design and execute outreach programs, in-app notifications, and webinars to drive deep product activation across your portfolio.

  • AI Champion: Your primary objective will be finding scalable ways to help customers implement and see the value of Trengo’s AI-driven features.

  • Data-Driven Strategy: You’ll use data triggers and CRM automations to identify which customers need a nudge and which are ready for expansion.

  • Proactive Engagement: While you focus on digital-first success, you are a strong proactive communicator who is ready to jump into meetings with customers when a personal touch is needed to drive growth.

  • Portfolio Management: You will take ownership of a segment of our business, allowing the team to focus on high-touch accounts while you master the art of a wider "one-to-many" success.

We’d love to meet you if you:

  • Experience: You have approximately one year of professional experience and are ready to continue growing your career in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

  • Tech & Data Savvy: You have a high degree of technical affinity. You are comfortable with automations and enjoy exploring how AI can optimize workflows.

  • Languages: You have business proficiency in both Dutch and English. You feel confident supporting our core Dutch market and collaborating internally in both languages.

  • Communication Style: You can translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable advice. You love talking to people but are also on top of activating customers through scalable channels like webinars or video content.

  • "Hacker" Mindset: You are a self-starter who is always looking for a more efficient, automated way to solve a manual problem.
