The Role

The Seasonal Premier Club Servicing Associate supports all functions of the US Open Hospitality service and operations team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness and to deliver a world-class client experience at the US Open.  This role focuses on the operational support and management of US Open Hospitality premium ticket packages, private event spaces and USTA internal events.

 

  • Serve as pre tournament logistics point for all Hospitality Premier ticket packages, including but not limited to: Premier Club Packages, Private Events, Internal USTA Events
  • Develop and maintain positive hospitality client and vendor relationships
  • Serve as the liaison between facilities and security teams within the NTC
  • Assist in on-site US Open Hospitality space buildout management and space execution, including liaising with third-party service providers operating within the space
  • Coordinate the planning and service of OL private space clients and internal USTA events. Coordination may include, but not limited to:
    • Support the merchandise operation and fulfillment of private space clients 
    • Assist with the aggregation, shipping, tracking and delivery of all Hospitality premium package parking assets 
    • Managing the operation of USTA events (A/V, catering, invoicing, layout, security, cleaning etc.)
    • Assist with distribution of Event Planning Guides
    • Generate Daily Private Event Sheets (to include: layout, gifting, upgrades, etc.)
    • Site visits and walkthroughs with private event groups
  • Other projects and duties as assigned by Senior Coordinator, Manager, and Hospitality Consultant

  

We are seeking a Seasonal Suite Servicing Representative who will play a crucial part in creating our 2026 US OPEN team!

 

Suite Servicing Representatives are responsible for establishing a good rapport with VIP clients/guests within the Hospitality and Premium Services Department. The Representatives team must be resourceful, quick and ready to handle any and all ad hoc requests associated with live entertainment events. As a representative of the hospitality department an ideal candidate is highly organized, detailed orientated, and calm under high stress/pressure situations while providing best in class service to all premium suite clients. Representatives will work closely with other departments including, but not limited to: Merchandise, Ticketing, Facilities, Partnership Marketing and Building Services

 

The Role

Assist with the on-site execution of Premier Suites at the US Open, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience:

  • Coordinate the pickup and distribution of client gifting across designated spaces throughout the NTC grounds
  • Manage all pickup and drop-off logistics at the NTC loading dock
  • Partner with the Premier Suite team to track and maintain storage room inventory
  • Serve as a liaison between the Premier Suite team and cross-functional departments across the grounds, as directed
  • Track and manage client deliverables on a session-by-session basis
  • Greet and escort clients upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience throughout the grounds
  • Act as a concierge and extension of the suite servicing program, anticipating needs and delivering thoughtful, high-touch support

  

Who You Are

  • Previous similar experience in entertainment/sports/events is preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team as well as independently 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take and follow direction, remain calm and focused in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment and problem solve
  • Capable of lifting and carrying boxes up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion

  

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $20 and is eligible for overtime.

 

Daily Meal Allowance: A $35 daily meal allowance will be loaded onto your credentials each workday during the US Open, allowing you to enjoy meals on-site during your shift.
