About the Role

This is a high-impact, creative role at the intersection of clinical science and education, where your expertise will directly shape how investigational site teams around the world learn to support patients receiving the BiVACOR Total Artificial Heart. • Schedule and coordinate training sessions across time zones for site initiation and ongoing education

  • Develop training materials including quick-reference guides and video content

  • Track site staff training compliance and escalate gaps to the Sr. Clinical Research Manager

  • Collaborate with Field Clinical Specialists and Biomedical Engineers to align training content with field protocols

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

  • 3–5+ years of experience in clinical education, instructional design, or training program management in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or clinical research environment

  • Hands-on experience administering and building within an LMS platform (e.g. Docebo, Cornerstone, Veeva Vault Training, or similar)

  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and video production for training content

  • Familiarity with ICH-GCP, FDA IDE regulations, and GCP training compliance requirements for investigational device studies

  • Prior exposure to mechanical circulatory support, cardiac surgery, or implantable device programs is an advantage

  • Can-do attitude — creative problem-solver — strong written communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

  • Comfortable coordinating across global time zones and supporting a rapidly scaling clinical program
