You are equal parts strategist, operator, and builder. You'll report directly to the CEO and own the systems and instincts that turn our early traction into a repeatable, scalable revenue engine.

This is not a narrow role. You'll move between inbound strategy, pipeline analytics, RevOps infrastructure, and growth experimentation β€” and you'll know which lever to pull when. We need someone who:

  • Builds and owns our RevOps foundation. You keep pipeline clean, forecasting accurate, and conversion data visible and actionable. You enable our sales team to run at full speed.

  • Drives inbound and growth. You identify the highest-leverage channels, run experiments fast, and double down on what works β€” whether that's content, partnerships, events, or something we haven't tried yet.

  • Thinks in systems, not tasks. You connect the dots between marketing signals, sales behavior, and revenue outcomes. You see the full funnel and know where it's leaking.

  • Is obsessed with data. You don't guess. You build the dashboards, run the analysis, and come to the table with a point of view backed by numbers.

  • Has sharp GTM instincts. You've seen enough to know what good looks like β€” and you're fast enough to act on it without waiting for perfect information.

  • Has 2-4 years of experience across PE/VC, consulting, investment banking, growth, RevOps, or GTM strategy β€” ideally in an early-stage B2B environment where you've had to build before you could scale.
