Qualifications
Licensure/Certification/Registry:
- One of the following is required:
- Must possess and maintain licensing as an APRN as required by Illinois State Law;
- Must possess and maintain licensing as a PA as required by Illinois State law;
• Appropriate certification as a APRN or PA, as determined by department.• Maintain IL Controlled Substance license (Must be obtained within 3 months of hire if not held at time of hire).• Maintain DEA license (Must be obtained within 3 months of hire if not held at time of hire) in positions where required.• Valid CPR certification required. ACLS where required.
