About the role:

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Director to focus on high-value accounts in the EU/DACH region (excl. UK). Based in our Zurich headquarters, you will leverage our Swiss heritage to build deep trust with European law firms and corporate legal teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Identify and engage potential clients, strategically qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline

  • Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with clients, uncovering growth opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Plan, coordinate and execute sales presentations to inform, build trust, drive successful customer relationships, and ultimately close business

  • Attend seminars, trade shows, and other events to pitch DeepJudge and meet existing and prospective clients

  • Travel to both existing and prospective clients, fostering market share growth and effectively promoting and selling our tools

  • Learn, develop and evangelize new ways for DeepJudge to differentiate itself in the marketplace

What we are looking for:

  • 5–10+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in Legal Tech

  • Full proficiency in both German and English is required for this role

  • Experience selling into regulated industries or legal departments in the EU

  • Proactive "self-starter" capable of working independently to open new territories

  • Enterprise search or agentic AI experience is an asset
