Your mission
As the SVP, Talent Acquisition at UiPath, you will define and execute the global talent acquisition strategy that fuels our next phase of growth. Reporting to senior HR leadership, you will lead a team of 20+ recruiters and sourcers, partnering closely with executives across the business to attract world-class talent in a competitive enterprise software market. You will bring a data-driven, technology-forward approach — leveraging AI and automation to transform how we identify, engage, and hire top talent.
What you'll do at UiPath
Own and drive the end-to-end global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce planning
* Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing TA team of 20+ across multiple geographies
* Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to understand hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and deliver against aggressive growth targets
* Modernize recruiting operations through AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve speed, quality of hire, and candidate experience
* Define and champion UiPath's employer brand strategy to position the company as a top destination for tech talent
* Establish scalable processes, systems, and governance to support hiring at scale across engineering, sales, product, and corporate functions
* Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition function
* Manage vendor relationships, recruiting technology stack, and TA budget
* Provide regular reporting and insights to the executive team on talent market trends, pipeline health, and hiring performance
What you'll bring to the team
12+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP/SVP/Head of TA)
* Proven track record of building and scaling TA functions in high-growth enterprise software or SaaS companies
* Experience leading global teams of 15+ across multiple regions
* Deep expertise in executive hiring, technical recruiting, and volume hiring strategies
* Strong command of recruiting technologies, ATS platforms, and data analytics
* Demonstrated success in employer branding and candidate experience transformation
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the C-suite level
* Strategic thinker with strong operational execution capabilities
Nice to have
Experience in the automation, AI, or enterprise platform space
* Background in both agency and in-house recruiting environments
* Familiarity with Workday, Ashby, or similar modern recruiting platforms
* MBA or advanced degree in HR, Business, or related field
