Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Administrator to take full ownership of our enterprise Salesforce environment. This is a hands-on, high-impact role requiring deep platform expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds and a proven track record delivering large-scale implementations. The ideal candidate operates independently, thrives in complex environments, and brings the strategic mindset of a platform owner — not just a support admin.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the full Salesforce org including configuration, customisation, data integrity, and platform performance
Architect and deliver solutions across Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud, and/or Voice
Lead complex, large-scale Salesforce implementations from scoping through to post-go-live optimisation
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with minimal oversight
Manage user administration, permissions, flows, process automation, and system integrations
Drive data quality, deduplication, and governance across the Salesforce ecosystem
Produce clear documentation, release notes, and stakeholder-facing updates
Maintain MDM and endpoint compliance standards in line with IT security policies
Required Qualifications
Experience with hands-on Salesforce administration in complex, enterprise-scale environments
Demonstrated experience across at least 2–3 Salesforce products: Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud, Voice
Proven delivery on large-scale implementations — not limited to small business or solo-admin setups
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities without day-to-day hand-holding
Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications highly regarded
Strong written and spoken English with a professional, stakeholder-facing communication style
Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
MDM/endpoint compliance awareness, particularly in environments with strict IT security policies
Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, or MuleSoft integrations
Background in regulated industries or enterprise-level data governance
Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and sprint-based release cycles
Tools & Technology
Salesforce (Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud, Voice)
Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, Apex (admin-level)
Google Workspace
Slack, Zoom, and other remote collaboration tools
MDM/endpoint security tools (preferred)
