Increase productivity with document workflows, impress customers, and save money while maximizing ROI with SignNow.   About the role: As a Senior Product Manager, Core Agreement Features, you will own and evolve the user-facing experiences at the heart of SignNow’s agreement execution journey. You will identify the biggest user pain points in core flows, simplify complex tasks through excellent UX, and use AI capabilities where they meaningfully improve clarity, confidence, and time-to-completion. A key part of this role is helping users succeed in high-stakes moments where they may not fully understand what is required from a compliance perspective. You will design product experiences that guide users toward the right actions, reduce risk, and increase trust, without overwhelming them. This role is highly outcome-driven. You will define hypotheses, run A/B tests, and drive measurable business impact. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, support, sales, and marketing, and operate with high ownership and independence.
