Estamos buscando un:
Analista Contable Jr - Control de gastos (Credit Cards)
Objetivo del puesto:Apoyar el control, registro y seguimiento de los gastos realizados con tarjetas corporativas, asegurando que cuenten con la documentación correcta y cumplan con los requisitos contables y fiscales.
Requisitos+2 años de experiencia en gestión de cuentas por cobrar.
Licenciatura en Contabilidad o áreas económico-financieras.
Deseable conocimiento en procesos de administración de tarjetas corporativas y en control de comprobaciones de gastos.
✔ Interés en desarrollar una carrera en contabilidad/finanzas.
ActividadesControl y registro de gastos en ERP.
Seguimiento de comprobaciones y reportes.
Validación de CFDI y gastos.
Coordinación con usuarios internos (MX y LATAM).
Manejo de plataformas de tarjetas corporativas.
Apoyo en compras y operaciones administrativas.
Habilidades
Organización y atención al detalle
Comunicación efectiva
Seguimiento y control de procesos
Conocimientos fiscales en requisitos de deducibilidad de gastos.
Dominio de Excel y sistemas (preferiblemente ERP)
Enfoque analítico para la revisión de gastos
Proactividad y capacidad para resolver problemas
