The Managed Data Services (MDS) Lead is the primary operational owner for a dedicated enterprise account, responsible for the full lifecycle of data submission activity across a portfolio of third-party data providers. This role sits at the intersection of client relationship management, data operations, and platform delivery, serving as the single point of escalation coordination between external data providers and the end client.ย  The MDS Lead manages and develops a team handling day-to-day submission workflows, exception remediation, and provider support, while maintaining strategic oversight of data quality, governance, and performance reporting.ย  The ideal candidate brings deep domain knowledge in real estate and financial data, a strong command of managed services delivery, and a tech-forward mindset with an appetite for leveraging modern tooling, including agentic AI, to drive operational efficiency at scale.
