Take a peek at Instagram @burgainsider ABOUT THE POSITION Graphic Designer at BURGA is more than just a title, it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited. Your role: be the creative force behind our brand’s visual identity, turning ideas into impactful designs that inspire and connect. You’ll create high-quality assets across platforms, collaborate with teams across the company, and ensure every visual output strengthens our brand. Whether it's shaping campaigns or refining internal communications, your work will directly influence how we present ourselves to the world. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Create consistent designs for web, collection and product launches. - Work with marketing and creative teams to turn ideas into strong visual concepts. - Work with the design team on a variety of projects to improve quality and turnaround time. - Support other departments by translating their ideas into strong visuals that fit our brand guidelines. - Take ownership of complex design projects with minimal supervision. - Continuously seek out and fix visual inconsistencies across all brand materials. - Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the advertising space. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - 3+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong branding focus. - Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects a plus). - Open to exploring and integrating emerging AI models into their workflow. - Strong typography, layout, and design skills. - Fluent in Lithuanian and English, good communication skills. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to stay up-to-date with design trends. SALARY: 2600 - 3200 EUR/Month GROSS.
