Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and serving as a key member of the broader leadership team, this executive will be responsible for driving commercial performance across Australia, New Zealand, and key Asian markets while ensuring strong alignment with Cyara’s global strategy.  This role carries broad responsibility for regional growth, customer retention, strategic partnerships, and organizational leadership. The General Manager will lead an existing regional team and will have the mandate and resources to build it further. The successful candidate will bring the ability to translate strategy into execution, build high performing teams, and create a disciplined operating environment that delivers sustainable and predictable results.  As Cyara continues to strengthen its position as the leader in customer experience assurance, the General Manager will play a critical role in expanding market presence, deepening customer relationships, and accelerating growth across the APAC region.
