This role is focused on building strong operational understanding, developing consultative skills, and ensuring consistent execution of Client Delivery standards. The Client Delivery Specialist partners closely with Revenue Services, Client Success, Implementation, and other internal teams to translate operational data into meaningful client narratives, support issue resolution workflows, and reinforce EnableComp’s value across the client lifecycle. This role emphasizes developing sound judgment, structured problem analysis, and professional client communication, while operating under the guidance and escalation support of the Client Delivery Director.
