Assistant General Manager

RJK LLC (the “Company”) is hiring for Asst. General Manager at our dispensary. The Company has partnered with Jushi as the management services provider, overseeing day-to-day operations and administration. While Jushi supports the management and operational aspects of the business, all employment and compensation decisions are the sole responsibility of RJK LLC.   The Company is expected to transfer ownership of the dispensary in the first half of 2025, subject to regulatory approvals. Join us in delivering an empowering and trusted cannabis experience for our patients. operational aspects of the business, all employment and compensation decisions are the sole responsibility of RJK LLC   RJK LLC (The “Company”), has entered into a definitive agreement with Jushi as the management services provider responsible for services necessary and appropriate for the day-to-day operations, administration, and management of the Company’s operations.  The Company is solely responsible for the employment of all employees and compensation of all employees.  It is expected that the Company will transfer ownership of the dispensary in the first half of 2025, subject to regulatory approvals.  The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at the retail level, including staffing, training, scheduling, buying, visual merchandising, cash management, inventory management, and compliance adherence. This role requires competence in a fast-paced environment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively interact with patients and other members of the Team to ensure a positive culture and the best possible patient experience for our clientele. You will be reporting directly to the Dispensary Store Manager.
