If you are motivated by these principles, we encourage you to join our team!   JOB SUMMARY Under the general supervision and guidance of the School Director, Academic Support Teachers (AST) provide individualized and small group instruction to assist and empower students to achieve academic success. Academic Support Teachers provide targeted tutoring support to students who need extra support with a content area. Academic Support Teachers help students fulfill their academic potential through guided, direct instruction. Duties might include floating between classrooms as needed in order to create and maintain a learning environment that supports students in accomplishing the learning goals of High Tech High.
