You will join Malt as the Team Lead for the Project Partnering team in Paris. Reporting directly to the VP Project Partner, you will manage the Pool Enterprise team composed of 7 team members. In this role, your big-picture mission is to lead the team to generate booked business volume, optimize opportunity conversion, and ensure an excellent process for both clients and freelancers.
