Research & Regulation Compliance Specialist- Claims

Protective is looking for a Research & Regulation Compliance Specialist (Regulatory Claims Associate II) to support the compliant administration of Life, Annuity, and Disability claims. In this role, you’ll apply regulatory knowledge, legal research skills, and claims expertise to help ensure our claims processes meet state insurance requirements and internal standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into regulations, solving complex scenarios, and partnering with operational teams, without needing to be the final decision maker or policy owner! This position has been opened as a remote opportunity, however, flexibility with hours worked is required.  Experience and/or exposure to West Law/Legal Research is a PLUS! New Juris Doctorate gradutates and/or experienced Paralegals are encouraged to apply!
