IT Support (Level 1)

BIS Safety Software is a SaaS company on a mission to change how organizations manage safety, learning, and compliance - and the team behind that mission matters just as much as the product. We are looking for an IT Support - Level 1 who is eager to play a key role in supporting the high-performing teams at BIS.    About this role   In this role, you will provide internal technical assistance to our organization, resolve IT-related issues, and collaborate with our team and our external IT specialists to maintain the functionality of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, be highly productive and consistently follow though on tasks and projects in a timely manner.    This is an in-person role based out of our Sherwood Park, AB office.
