Job Summary

We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who can own and scale our presence across Instagram and LinkedIn.

This is not a "posting" role — this is a growth role.

You will be responsible for building strategy, planning content, understanding platform behavior, and executing high-performing content that drives reach, engagement, and brand positioning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute end-to-end social media strategy

  • Plan and manage content calendars aligned with growth goals

  • Deeply understand and leverage platform algorithms (Instagram & LinkedIn)

  • Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content strategy

  • Manage day-to-day social media handling and publishing

  • Work closely with design and product teams to create high-quality content

  • Identify trends, hooks, and formats that can scale distribution

  • Run experiments to improve engagement, reach, and conversions


Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, or growth

  • Proven experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn accounts

  • Strong understanding of content performance metrics (reach, CTR, engagement, retention)

  • Experience with content planning and scheduling tools

  • Ability to think both creatively and analytically

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
