About the Role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can own the entire recruiting engine at ImagineArt โ€” from sourcing to closing. You'll be the person who finds and lands world-class AI engineers, designers, and growth talent before anyone else does. This isn't a coordination role. You'll be a builder, a strategist, and a closer โ€” all in one.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting pipeline for all ImagineArt hiring needs โ€” from first outreach to signed offer

  • Hire elite software engineers, ML researchers, Agentic AI engineers, and prompt engineers, alongside key roles in product, design, growth, and operations

  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Ashby, and similar tools to identify and engage top passive candidates

  • Develop creative, scalable sourcing strategies to reach high-signal talent in competitive markets

  • Partner directly with founders and team leads to understand hiring needs and translate them into sharp recruiting briefs

  • Craft compelling narratives that sell ImagineArt's mission, growth trajectory, and team to exceptional candidates

  • Build a repeatable, high-quality recruiting process that scales as ImagineArt grows globally

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience recruiting for AI/ML/SWE/Design/Product/Growth roles at top-tier companies or high-growth startups โ€” Must Have

  • Deep understanding of technical talent profiles across LLMs, machine learning, and full-stack engineering โ€” Must Have

  • Demonstrated success building technical teams from scratch โ€” Must Have

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, particularly with senior engineers and researchers โ€” Must Have

  • Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Ashby, or comparable ATS/sourcing tools โ€” Must Have

  • Excellent written and spoken English fluency โ€” Must Have

  • Experience recruiting in fast-scaling startups โ€” Good to Have

  • A strong network in the Pakistan tech and design talent ecosystem โ€” Good to Have

  • Familiarity with compensation benchmarking for engineering and research roles โ€” Good to Have

  • Exposure to employer branding and candidate experience design โ€” Good to Have
