Stellenbeschreibung

DEINE ROLLE 

Als Chef de Rang bist du die erste Linie im Gästekontakt. Du gestaltest den Abend deiner Gäste, berätst mit Wissen und Charme und sorgst dafür, dass jede Bestellung, jeder Blickkontakt, jeder Gang sitzt – wie ein perfekt gemixter Cocktail. 
 

DEINE AUFGABEN 

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung deiner Station im Restaurant & Barbereich 

  • Empfang, Beratung und Betreuung unserer Gäste mit Charme & Kompetenz 

  • Empfehlung von Speisen, Drinks und Signature Cocktails im Günter-Stil 

  • Organisation und Ablaufsteuerung im Tages- und Abendservice 

  • Kontrolle von Sauberkeit, Mise-en-place und Ordnung 

  • Zusammenarbeit mit Küche, Bar und Management – du bist Teil des Ganzen
