Your Role

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for establishing and developing partnerships with our electronic component suppliers to ensure their production capacity for our product demands. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the supply chain forecasting and together with our Operations Managers, you will coordinate and manage the ME multi-source strategy. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will establish a Supply Chain Monitoring system to track and analyze our product development life cycle and the supply chain status with the aim to identify potential obsolete components and/or supply bottlenecks.ย You will be in regular contact with our Production Partners and key component manufacturers and you will be the main contact for all topics related to our component supply.

Your Responsibilities

  • Establish a solid and continuous communication with our component key manufacturers and our EMS partners.

  • Develop the ME Multi Source Strategy to ensure the continuous supply from all relative suppliers.

  • Evaluate and track the lifecycle status of each supplied electronic component for our products.

  • Supporting our Operations Team to establish the right procurement strategy and forecast with our production partners.

  • EMS stock evolution tracking and mid/long term purchase strategy development.

  • Define and prepare supply chain reports for our Management.

  • Development and refinement of processes and documentation.

Your Profile

  • Multiple years of relevant work experience in the electronic business.

  • A good understanding of electronics and their manufacturing methods.

  • Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills, equally focused on product quality and on-time delivery.

  • A structured, independent way of working and good negotiation skills.

  • Highly motivated, willing to take responsibility and ownership of a project.ย 

  • Excellent English skills, German is a plus.ย 

  • Hands-on mentality and international Start-up affinity.ย
