Job Description

  • Contribute to strategic and operational projects in an international business environment
  • Support senior management in driving key business initiatives and organizational priorities
  • Independently manage sub-projects and gradually take ownership of larger initiatives
  • Analyze business, market, operational, and company data to derive actionable insights and support decision-making
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and decision documents for executive management
  • Act as an interface between management and cross-functional teams across the organization
  • Support the C-Level in strategic, organizational, and administrative matters
  • Participate in training and development programs designed to prepare you for future leadership roles

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with a strong technical affinity and sound technical understanding, or a completed degree in a technical discipline with solid foundation in business administration and economics
  • Initial experience in an industrial, technology-driven, or international business environment through internships, project work, or a first professional role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured and independent working style
  • Hands-on mentality, strong execution skills, and a high level of ownership
  • Business acumen and affinity for digital tools, data analysis, and process improvement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively to different stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and take on responsibility
  • High willingness to travel nationally and internationally, as well as readiness to undertake extended assignments abroad, as part of your leadership development within Anton Paar
  • Strong ambition to prepare for a future management role in an international environment

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3,800 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer appropriate overpayment in recognition of your qualifications.
