Job Description

We are searching for an experienced and motivated Equipment Support Specialist to join our great team and help us in continuing development. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Installation, maintenance, repair of tables and their equipment
  • Installation of electronic equipment, assembling and dismantling works
  • Strong record-keeping and data analysis
  • Innovative approach to improvement of any related process or activity
  • The responsibility for day-to-day security operations requirements at a location, including but not limited to biometrics audits, floor walks, conducting investigations into local security breaches and escalating to a Physical Security Lead, preparing reports and escalating cases in JIRA or emails, ensuring all departments have latest security requirements information, etc.
  • Manage communication and external services provided in terms of gaming equipment
  • Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications;

Qualifications

  • Microsoft Windows maintenance
  • Basic Microsoft Server maintenance
  • Good computer hardware knowledge installation and troubleshooting with an understanding of network architectures.
  • Previous IT and/or technical background
  • Handy with common tools
  • An understanding of electronics and technical principles.
  • Photography or lightning experience is not required but beneficial
  • A high sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team as well as alone and unsupervised.
  • Be a Multi-tasker, have team spirit
  • Ability to plan and forecast effectively
  • Great problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
