Job Description
- 对芯片ATE测试数据进行解读，并开发失效验证测试方法
- 操作光子发射显微镜、光束诱导电阻变化等核心技术，执行晶圆级电性测试，定位晶圆内部失效点
- 结合版图分析软件，如CAD导航软件Avalon 与物理器件相结合找出器件故障的原点
- 与产品、设计、工艺等团队协作相配合在物理层面上揭示故障位置的特征并撰写分析报告
- 维护探针台、电测等设备，管理样品制备与测试流程
Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，微电子、电子科学与技术、半导体物理、材料科学等相关专业。
- 3年以上半导体失效分析、芯片测试或相关领域工作经验
- 深入理解器件结构及工作原理，熟悉晶圆制造与封装工艺流程，掌握静电放电、闩锁效应、电迁移等常见失效机理。
- 具备优秀的跨部门协调能力，能够与工程、生产团队高效对接，将技术语言转化为可执行的改进方案。
- 擅长运用分析树、鱼骨图等系统性方法排查问题，具备多维度数据交叉验证的严谨思维。
- 英语读写说流利，具有德语能力更佳
