Forward Networks is hiring a General Counsel to lead the company’s legal function as it continues scaling its enterprise network intelligence platform used by some of the world’s largest organizations to model, verify, and manage complex infrastructure environments.

Reporting to executive leadership, the General Counsel will serve as a strategic and operational partner across the business, supporting commercial growth, product development, regulatory strategy, and corporate operations. The role spans enterprise SaaS transactions, strategic partnerships, product and technology counseling, privacy and cybersecurity matters, intellectual property, employment, compliance, and corporate governance.

This leader will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Security, Finance, and executive teams to help the company scale responsibly while maintaining speed and flexibility. A key focus will be building scalable legal processes, supporting sophisticated customer negotiations, and advising on emerging issues tied to cloud infrastructure, AI-enabled workflows, cybersecurity, and enterprise data systems.

The ideal candidate combines strong commercial judgment with a practical, business-oriented approach and is energized by operating in a highly technical, high-growth environment alongside leadership, product teams, and enterprise customers.
