Cricut is seeking a Head of Legal Operations to lead and scale its global Legal Operations function. As the operational leader and connector between Legal and the broader business, this role is central to enabling Cricut’s rapid growth and innovation. Reporting to the VP, Associate General Counsel, the Head of Legal Operations manages a high-performing team responsible for contract management, procurement, vendor operations, and privacy processes across the company.

This leader will drive both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution, ensuring legal and business strategies translate into scalable, compliant operations. Responsibilities include overseeing contract workflows, procurement and vendor management, legal spend coordination, and legal systems. The role requires hands-on expertise in contract negotiation, workflow optimization, and legal technology adoption, as well as the ability to provide backup support for complex deals and cross-functional alignment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Organizing and administering contract records and lifecycle management systems

- Coordinating contract execution and reporting for business stakeholders

- Managing procurement requests, vendor onboarding, and due diligence

- Aligning people, processes, and technology with departmental and enterprise goals

- Leading legal budgeting, spend management, and financial governance

- Defining and reporting on KPIs for efficiency, risk, and value

- Designing and managing outside counsel and vendor programs

- Driving adoption of legal technologies and process improvements

- Overseeing compliance, policy development, and operational infrastructure

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or procurement within a technology-driven environment, with proven leadership as both a people manager and individual contributor. Deep knowledge of commercial contracting, workflow design, and legal technology platforms is essential, along with strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
