What's the Role 

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Pantry Assistant to join one of our premium corporate client sites in Melbourne CBD. 

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring pantry stations are fully stocked, well-presented, and ready for service throughout the day. Working closely with both the front-of-house and kitchen teams, you will help create a seamless dining experience for customers while maintaining exceptional presentation and food safety standards. 

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Set up, stock, and replenish pantry stations for breakfast and lunch service.  
• Ensure food displays and service areas are maintained to a high standard.  
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements.  
• Assist with basic food preparation and plating as required.  
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of pantry and service areas.  
• Support front-of-house and kitchen teams during busy service periods.  
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.  
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service when interacting with guests.  

About You 

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, food service, or a similar role.  
• A strong customer service focus and positive attitude.  
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation standards.  
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.  
• Strong organisational and time management skills.  
• A willingness to support multiple areas of the operation as required.  
• Food Handling Certificate (desirable).  
• Full unrestricted working rights within Australia.
