Immigration Attorney, Practice Owner

📍 Remote (U.S.-based) | Full-Time | $200K–$1M+

You've built the practice. You know the work. Manifest Law is a tech-enabled immigration firm with 3,000+ successful cases. We're looking for an experienced individual immigration attorney — including those already running their own firm — who wants to scale further and faster than they could alone, without the operational drag that caps most practices.

The platform we provide:

• A base salary that protects your floor as you scale

• An inbound client pipeline through Manifest's marketing and BD engine — cases come to you

  • Automated workflows coordinating attorney ↔ paralegal ↔ client so nothing falls through the cracks

  • Smart draft review that tracks quality across filings and builds a feedback loop over time

  • Unified context hub aggregating emails, meetings, and portal activity so you and your team always know exactly where every case stands

• Paralegal and operational support — so your attorneys practice law, not project management

The comp structure:

Manifest-sourced = Base + profit share on team performance

Self-sourced = Base + higher profit share — your book, your upside

The more you've built, the more you benefit from bringing it. Your existing clients and referral network earn at the higher rate from day one.

What this role demands:

This is not a heads-down legal role. You will be the public face of your practice — featured in Manifest's content, on social, in client-facing materials, and in the press. The best Practice Owners are attorneys clients want to hire by name. If you've already built a reputation, Manifest amplifies it.

You'll also lead and develop a team. Running case reviews, holding a high standard, and building the next generation of Manifest lawyers is core to this role.

What we're looking for:

• J.D. and active U.S. bar admission

• 7+ years of immigration experience with a strong individual/extraordinary ability portfolio

• Experience managing or mentoring legal teams

• Comfort with client-facing visibility — thought leadership, social presence, media

• A professional network that generates referrals

• Genuine entrepreneurial ambition — you want to build, not just practice

The floor:

Every Manifest attorney is held to aggressive response time SLAs, rigorous legal quality standards, and high client satisfaction requirements. This is non-negotiable regardless of case source or caseload volume — and it's why clients pay us a premium.

Compensation: $200K–$1M+. Base protects your floor. Profit share — higher on self-sourced, standard on Manifest-sourced — is where the ceiling opens up.
