OBJECTIF DU POSTE:
L’Office Manager gère nos bureaux afin d’offrir un environnement de travail fiable, sûr et de haute qualité, en cohérence avec la culture et les objectifs RSE d’Alice & Bob.
Rattaché(e) à la VP People & Culture, il/elle supervise les opérations et les services du bureau pour accompagner les employés sur site.
Dans ce rôle, vous interagirez au quotidien avec de nombreux interlocuteurs internes (People & Culture, IT, Marketing & Communication, Construction & Facilities, Achats, Sécurité & Sûreté, Finance, managers et employés) ainsi qu’avec des partenaires externes (propriétaire, prestataires de maintenance et de nettoyage, fournisseurs de bureau et de restauration, prestataires de voyage et autres services liés aux bureaux).
