Position Overview The Manager of Data Operations & Business Intelligence is responsible for leading the company’s business intelligence, KPI governance framework, executive financial reporting architecture, and data modeling standards. This role partners closely with AI Operations (which owns enterprise data and the infrastructure and platform architecture needed to build AI across the organization), Finance, GTM Operations, Product Operations, Corporate Systems and executive leadership to establish a single source of truth and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The Manager will chair the company’s Data Committee, ensuring cross-functional alignment on metric definitions, data quality standards, and analytics priorities. This role will modernize enterprise reporting through scalable systems, automation, and AI-readiness initiatives while ensuring strong governance and operational discipline.
