Manager, Sales Effectiveness (Remote)

As the Manager of Sales Effectiveness, you will serve as the regional subject matter expert and primary point of contact for Aledade’s most critical sales opportunities. Your mission is to provide best-in-class market expertise, planning, and collateral that empower our sellers to communicate our value proposition with precision and efficiency. By bridging the gap between complex data and persuasive storytelling, you will distill sophisticated analyses into high-level insights that create "compelling events" for prospective practices. Beyond active deal support, you will be a key architect in the evolution of our growth engine, providing direct input into the design and maintenance of the financial tools, ROI models, and systems that enable Aledade to scale effectively in a high-growth healthcare environment.   We are flexible with geographic location—the ideal candidate can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or from our Bethesda, MD or Durham, NC offices.   Primary Duties in providing deal strategy, solutions, and architecture on all opportunities:
