Associate Financial Analyst

This position will support Program Controls with exposure to the Project Management Leadership team in providing financial support and analysis to achieve project excellence. This will include program planning support such as scheduling, budgeting, performance monitoring, variance analysis, status reporting, data validation and resource planning using AnaVation’s business system, Unanet. This position will follow accounting, contractual and regulatory requirements along with proper approval authorization and will assist in the development of Program Control procedures. Reporting will include monthly CDRL reporting, ad-hoc request to support customer requirements and utilizing Unanet for creating standardized program financial reporting, dash boards and metric reporting. This position will closely collaborate with the Contracts team to track contract ceiling and funding, forecast all direct labor, ensure that project set up meets contractual requirements, accurately reflects the correct labor hours, rates, labor category, subcontractor costs and ODC costs, and assist in contract closeout. In addition, there is the opportunity to collaborate with Business Development Team to track and manage investment budgets for each account. This position will report to the Program Control Analyst and be a member of the Accounting/Finance team. This position is a non-exempt, hourly position. Hours per week to be determined. This is a hybrid role in Chantilly, VA. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
