Network Engineer

This role will gather user network requirements, produce clear technical documentation, and support a multi-enclave environment that enables secure access to data across the network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities •Design, install, maintain, and evaluate network systems and communications systems •Gather user network requirements utilizing multiple methodologies •Provide necessary technical documentation, system requirements documents, and security requirements •Troubleshoot and resolve network issues involving various protocols, topologies, and networking hardware •Assist with network architecture design, feasibility, and cost studies •Improve processes for deploying and maintaining network infrastructure •Work independently and collectively to help improve network solutions •Design, deploy, test, certify, and patch network components including switches, firewalls, and load balancers •Address interoperability issues for all features, components, and application dependencies •Respond to and resolve critical network incidents within designated resolution timelines
