Bilingual Medical Assistant (Cantonese or Mandarin)

Location: Chenming & Margaret Hu Medical Center (HMC)   Job Summary: The Health Coach is a Medical Assistant who, under supervision from the Clinic Site RN Manager/ Clinic Units Manager, also serves as a member of the chronic care management team, collaborating with patients and their providers to optimize the delivery of health care services. The Health Coach provides medical assistance and interpretation, coordinates patient care with providers, and performs clerical tasks.   Note: Applicants must meet the minimum language requirements to be considered.
