About The Role At Addition Wealth, design is fundamental to how users interact with and understand their financial lives. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and create thoughtful, impactful experiences that empower users to make confident financial decisions. Our design team works cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to simplify complex financial concepts, translating them into clear, accessible product experiences. This role requires a designer who can effectively identify user problems, explore and vet solutions, and deliver polished designs that balance usability, clarity, and trust. You will be responsible for owning product areas end-to-end, partnering closely with product and engineering teams to ship significant features, and contributing to the development of our design systems and product foundations.
