Manager, Software Development & Testing (Canada)

The Manager, Software Development & Testing is a hands-on people leader responsible for the day-to-day execution, quality, and delivery of software solutions within Alimentiv’s clinical imaging ecosystem. This role combines technical leadership with team management to ensure software is built, tested, and maintained in alignment with established architecture, regulatory expectations, and business priorities.   Acting as a player coach, the Manager contributes directly to development and testing activities while leading the team through effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement. The role focuses on reliable delivery across both legacy and modern platforms, balancing stability and innovation while collaborating closely with Product Management, Project Management, Solution Architecture, and other partner teams to meet evolving business and clinical needs.
