As an Engineering Manager for our Blockchain Integrations team, you’ll lead a high-performing group at the strategic core of Anchorage Digital. This team is responsible for enabling secure, scalable interaction with hundreds of blockchain networks and assets, powering everything from custody and staking to governance and other on-chain functionality. Your mission is to grow and guide this team through deep mentorship, operational excellence, and strong execution. You’ll be responsible for hiring and developing exceptional engineers, partnering with cross-functional leaders, and translating our roadmap into reliable, scalable systems.
