Job Description The Implementations Operations Specialist will report to our Manager, Implementations Operations, and act as the liaison between the Sales and Implementation departments ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional customer experience. The objective of this position will be to assist in the management of customer orders from inception to execution. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is customer-centric, has great attention to detail, and takes pride in their work supporting others. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated with strong problem solving and communication skills. This is an office based role and requires reporting to our HQ in Baltimore daily.
