We aim for a positive, collaborative environment that allows employees to work across departments easily and effectively.  Job Description  The Sales Operations Specialist is an office based position and will play a critical role in supporting the Sales team by owning key processes and tools that drive efficiency and performance. This role is responsible for the health of our sales pipeline, managing enablement tools, optimizing sales processes, and providing essential support to sales leadership.  The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detailed-oriented professional who can identify opportunities for improvement and ensure the sales team has the resources and support needed to meet company goals. This is an office based role and requires reporting to our HQ in Baltimore daily.
