What You’ll Earn & Receive
Base Salary: $45,000
Commission & Bonuses: $15,000–$50,000+ annually
First-Year Earnings: $60,000–$95,000+

What You’ll Do
Connect with business owners and decision-makers to schedule introductory appointments with our Regional VP of Sales
Build rapport with C-suite executives and uncover business challenges
Clearly communicate the value of Cogent Analytics’ services
Manage follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships
Track activity and performance using CRM tools
Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
Represent the Cogent brand with professionalism and confidence
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1+ year in sales, call center, customer service, or leadership roles
Communication: Confident engaging with business leaders and executives
Traits: Competitive, resilient, goal-oriented, and highly motivated

Compensation Summary:
$60,000 – $95,000+ (Year 1 On-Target Earnings)
Includes $45,000 base + uncapped commissions and bonuses
