Let’s run there.    Your Job: As the Chemical Engineer, Asia, you will have a solid technical background in the manufacture and processing of ethyl vinyl acetates (EVA), polyurethanes (PU), and rubber compounds, as well as other bottom unit materials that are used in the footwear industry.  Additionally, you will understand the chemicals and processes used in footwear construction and assembly, ranging from inks and paints to primers and cements.  You must be able to effectively engage in the development process of new and exciting Brooks products. With direction from your manager, you will use your technical knowledge to help execute innovative material and engineering solutions that enable the company to meet manufacturing deadlines while maintaining the craftsmanship, quality and performance attributes that has made Brooks the world’s leading manufacturer of performance running footwear.
