Where Healthcare Policy Meets Advanced Analytics  Why This Role  This role is designed for analytically oriented leaders who want to apply sophisticated analytics to real‑world healthcare policy questions—and see that work influence decision‑making at the highest levels of the healthcare ecosystem.  As a Principal in Avalere Health’s Policy practice, you will operate at the intersection of policy expertise, quantitative analysis, and strategic advisory, helping clients understand how policy changes shape markets, payer behavior, and patient access. This is not a pure policy role or a pure analytics role—it is a hybrid leadership position for candidates who want both intellectual rigor and external impact.
