We rely on deep subject matter expertise and understanding of the business issues facing our clients to assess how the changing policy landscape impacts the pharmaceutical industry, managed care plans, providers, and patients. We provide analytic support and advisory services, including regulatory analysis, evidence generation/review support, policy analysis, legislative strategy, and modelling of proposed and enacted policies to a wide range of clients across the healthcare industry, using both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Senior Associates are critical roles within the Policy Practice and support multiple projects and accounts. Senior Associates work closely with project managers and subject matter experts to analyze and research policy proposals, create client deliverables, and track market developments impacting all healthcare stakeholders. The Senior Associate position provides a unique opportunity to learn about the U.S. healthcare system and how policy proposals develop into real-world implications for patients & impact key business decisions made by healthcare stakeholders to impact and/or adapt to policy developments.   This position will work across many policy domains, including: Medicare and Medicaid policy, the Inflation Reduction Act and drug price negotiation, vaccine-specific policy, Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D, Medicaid managed care and health insurance coverage policy included in the Affordable Care act, and drug pricing policies such as the 340B program.
