Physician Liaison

Clarify is seeking a motivated and experienced Physician Liaison to engage directly with healthcare providers and practices to support Clarify’s outcomes-based partnerships. In this role, you will guide providers/practices through sustained behavior change, including optimizing utilization of in-network, high-quality, and efficient care delivery. You will combine data-driven insights and structured change management approaches to build provider commitment and deliver measurable partnership outcomes.    Does this sound like you?  You have experience working directly with a variety of providers and physicians (e.g., physician liaison, provider relations, or pharmaceutical sales)  You understand that changing practice patterns requires more than sharing data; it requires diagnosing readiness, building trust, and meeting people where they are  You have a passion for value-based care and for using technology-enabled insights to deliver higher-value, more efficient care  You think in terms of “what motivates this person” and naturally tailor your approach to different audiences  You value working with hardworking, curious, and supportive teammates  You embrace change as an opportunity to learn  You believe diversity of thought improves our outcomes  You take great care in the details
