About the Role We believe in-person time is one of the most powerful tools we have for accelerating company priorities. Thoughtful in-person experiences deepen relationships and create the kind of learning that's harder to replicate async. And when you have an office, you can make it something more: a physical home for great work. We are hiring a Senior IC to own both the SF hub and the programs that make in-person time worth it for the whole company: offsites, travel, onboarding weeks, and the recurring rituals that build trust across a distributed team. In-person time is part of how we execute: when we gather, it should accelerate a real company priority, and you should be able to articulate what it was meant to unlock and what changed because it happened. This role is stewardship with impact. You care about the details in the space and the tone of a room. You think about atmosphere, energy, and quality. At the same time, you operate with rigor.
