Learn more at https://www.citcon.com. The Vice President of Finance is a critical hire for Citcon. As a key member of the leadership team, this executive will partner effectively with the CEO, the Board, and the rest of the executive team to plan, forecast, manage and report on the company’s growth and operations. The VP of Finance will lead and manage all core areas of finance (strategic financial planning, accounting, tax, audit, purchasing) as well as determine our investment strategy in partners, vendors, and outsourcing resources, manage our cash flow and capital expenditures, navigate the challenges of managing international subsidiaries and operations and identify alternative distribution cost channels, develop reporting and our financial business systems, and pursue fundraising and financial relationships. Due to the multifaceted nature of Citcon’s business model, the VP of Finance will need to be prepared to tackle diverse challenges.  As the first hire in finance, this position will have a profound impact on the future of Citcon at a defining moment in the evolution of the company. The VP of Finance will be a strategic contributor to company direction and growth. S/he will need to have demonstrated success thinking strategically about building a financial plan from the ground up.
